مقدمه
در قرآن کریم درباره ی مسائل آینده ی دوران و حوادث آخر الزّمان و استیلای خوبی و خوبان بر جهان و حاکمیّت صالحان گاه به اشاره و گاه به تصریح سخن گفته شده است. اینگونه آیات را مفسّران اسلامی طبق مدارک حدیثی و تفسیری مربوط به مهدی و ظهور آخر الزمان دانسته اند.
همچنین از روزگاران کهن داستان ظهور مصلح در آخر الزمان اصلی اساسی بوده که گذشتگان پیوسته آن رابه یادها می آوردند در کتاب های مقدس و دیگر آثار پیشینیان درباره ی مهدی و ظهور موعود پیشگویی های فراوانی رسیده است. ما در این رابطه سعی کرده ایم که ابتدا به برخی از آیاتی که در قرآن به این موضوع مهم اشاره نموده است را عنوان نموده وبا استفاده از بعضی از تفاسیر اهل سنت و تشیع آن رابه رشته ی تحریر درآوریم و در ادامه به آیاتی که در کتب عهد عتیق و عهد جدید در ارتباط با موعود آخرالزمان به آن تصریح شده را نیز عنوان نماییم. امید است که این چند برگ از تحقیق مقدمه ای باشد برای حرکت به سوی شناخت هر چه ببیشتر امام عصر و پیروی از آن امام بزرگوار.

تیامین به مقدار فراوان در جوانه گندم ، نان ، نخود ، لوبیا ، چاودار، برنج کامل، اسفناج ، کلم، هویج و بسیاری از سبزیها ، گردو ، بادام ، فندق ، انجیر ، جگر ، تخم مرغ ، شیر ، پنیر، و ماست در مخمر آبجو، پسته خام ،حبوبات ،سیرابی،شیردان و گوشت، دانه های گل آفتابگردان، سویا فراوان وجود دارد. افراط در خوردن مواد قندی سبب کمبود این ویتامین میشود، همچنین پوشیدن لباسهای نایلونی و پلاستیکی باعث نابودی آن میگردد.سبوس منبع غنی ویتامین B1 است و با گرفتن پوست غلات برای تهیه آرد سفید قسمت اعظم ,ویتامین B1 از دست می رود . از اینرو توصیه می شود از نانهای سبوس دار مثل سنگک ، بربری و بیسکویت هایی که با آرد سبوس دار تهیه می شود استفاده کنید . اگر از جگر غذایی تهیه می کنید ، بهتر است آنرا قبل از پخت در فریزر قرار ندهید و برای پخت از حرارت بالا استفاده نکنید . بهتراست بدانید ، مصرف ماءالشعیر و یا جوانه گندم نیزمیزان زیادی ویتامین B1 به بدن ما می رساند .

« مقدمه»
یکی از مسائل مهمی که در زمینه حقوق خصوصی بسیار اهمیت دارد احراز رابطه سببیت بین ضرر و فعل زیانباراست و ما در این تحقیق سعی داشته&zwnj ایم با توجه به کتابهایی که در این زمینه وجود دارد، به بیان و توضیح این مسئله بپردازیم و دیدی کلی نسبت به رابطه سببیت بدست آوریم.
در این تحقیق ما رابطه سببیت را در سه فصل بررسی می&zwnj نمائیم در فصل اول، کلیاتی را برای آشنائی با مسئله بیان کرده&zwnj ایم و سپس با بررسی کامل فعل زیانبار و رابطه سببیت در فصول بعدی به روشن کردن رابطه سببیت بین ضرر و فعل زیانبار پرداخته&zwnj ایم.
در نگارش این تحقیق کوشیده شده است محتوای مطالب در سطح مطلوب باشد و با تقسیم&zwnj بندی درست مطالب سعی شده است که پیوند صحیحی بین مطالب ایجاد گردد و با بیانی ساده و روان و آوردن مثال روشن و نمونه&zwnj های عملی و کاربردی تلاش شده است که تفهیم موضوع عمیق&zwnj تر و آسانتر گردد.

شکی نیست که تحقق مسئولیت مدنی و ایجاد الزام به جبران خسارت، توسط شخصی که به دیگری زیان وارد می&zwnj سازد، منوط به وجود شرایطی می&zwnj باشد که با تجمع این شرایط برای شخصی زیان رساننده مسئولیت مدنی ایجاد می&zwnj شود و فقدان هر یک از آنها نیز موجب می&zwnj شود که شخص مسئول جبران خسارت شناخته نشود و از مسئولیت معاف گردد شرایط لازم برای تحقق مسئولیت مدنی عبارتند از:
1ـ لزوم بروز خسارت یا ضرر
2ـ ارتکاب فعل زیانبار یا ترک فعل زیانبار
3ـ احراز رابطه سببیت بین فعل یا ترک فعل زیانبار و زیان وارده

این سوره در مکه نازل شده و 15 آیه دارد
محتوى و فضیلت سوره الشمس
این سوره که در حقیقت سوره تهذیب نفس و تطهیر قلوب از ناپاکیها و ناخالصیها است ، بر محور همین معنى دور مى زند، منتها در آغاز سوره به یازده موضوع مهم از عالم خلقت و ذات پاک خداوند براى اثبات این معنى که فلاح و رستگارى در گرو تهذیب نفس است قسم یاد شده ، و بیشترین سوگندهاى قرآن را به طور جمعى در خود جاى داده است .
و در پایان سوره به ذکر نمونه اى از اقوام متمرد و گردنکش که به خاطر ترک تهذیب نفس در شقاوت ابدى فرو رفتند، و خداوند آنها را به مجازات شدیدى گرفتار کرد، یعنى قوم ((ثمود)) مى پردازد، و با اشاره کوتاهى به سرنوشت آنها سوره را پایان مى دهد.
در حقیقت این سوره کوتاه یکى از مهمترین مسائل سرنوشت ساز زندگى بشر را بازگو مى کند، و نظام ارزشى اسلام را در مورد انسانها مشخص مى سازد. در فضیلت تلاوت این سوره همین بس که در حدیثى از پیغمبر اکرم (صلى اللّه علیه و آله و سلّم ) آمده است : من قراءها فکانما تصدق بکل شى ء طلعت علیه الشمس و القمر!: هر کس آن را بخواند گوئى به تعداد تمام اشیائى که خورشید و ماه بر آنها مى تابد در راه خدا صدقه داده است !.
و مسلما این فضیلت بزرگ از آن کسى است که محتواى بزرگ این سوره کوچک را در جان خود پیاده کند، و تهذیب نفس را وظیفه قطعى خود بداند.
ََآیه 1 - 10
آیه و ترجمه
بِسمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِیمِ
وَ الشمْسِ وَ ضحَاهَا(1) وَ الْقَمَرِ إِذَا تَلَاهَا(2) وَ النهَارِ إِذَا جَلَّاهَا(3) وَ الَّیْلِ إِذَا یَغْشاهَا(4) وَ السمَاءِ وَ مَا بَنَاهَا(5) وَ الاَرْضِ وَ مَا طحَاهَا(6) وَ نَفْسٍ وَ مَا سوَّاهَا(7) فَأَلهَْمَهَا فجُورَهَا وَ تَقْوَاهَا(8) قَدْ أَفْلَحَ مَن زَکَّاهَا(9) وَ قَدْ خَاب مَن دَساهَا(10)
ترجمه :
بنام خداوند بخشنده بخشایشگر
1 - به خورشید و گسترش نور آن سوگند!
2 - و به ماه در آن هنگام که بعد از آن در آید
3 - و به روز هنگامى که صفحه زمین را روشن سازد
4 - و قسم به شب آن هنگام که صفحه زمین را بپوشاند
5 - و قسم به آسمان و کسى که آسمان را بنا کرده .
6 - و قسم به زمین و کسى که آن را گسترانیده .
7 - و سوگند به نفس آدمى و آن کس که آن را منظم ساخته ،
8 - سپس فجور و تقوا (شر و خیر) را به او الهام کرده است
9 - که هر کس نفس خود را تزکیه کرده ، رستگار شده
10 - و آن کس که نفس خویش را با معصیت و گناه آلوده ساخته ، نومید و محروم گشته است .
تفسیر :
رستگارى بدون تهذیب نفس ممکن نیست
سوگندهاى پى در پى و مهمى که در آغاز این سوره آمده ، به یک حساب ((یازده )) سوگند و به حساب دیگر ((هفت )) سوگند است ، و بیشترین تعداد سوگندهاى قرآن را در خود جاى داده ، و به خوبى نشان مى دهد که مطلب مهمى در اینجا مطرح است ، مطلبى به عظمت آسمانها و زمین و خورشید و ماه ، مطلبى سرنوشت ساز و حیات بخش .
نخست باید به شرح و تفسیر این سوگندها بپردازیم ، و بعد به بررسى آن مطلب بر اهمیت که این همه آوازه ها از او است .
نخست مى فرماید: به خورشید و گسترش نور آن سوگند (و الشمس و ضحاها).
